The Wolfe Pack

@nolan Paying for a service, with a box for instructions, then being pissed when those instructions aren't followed doesn't sound entitled to me. That's what bad reviews and low ratings are for. Maybe even call the company and complain to an actual person.

On the flip side, when someone does a great job, tipping and calling to speak to a person to let them know how well something was done is also a great thing to do. Once, we had a very large, specialized order at Taco Bell. Absolutely everything was perfect. I called and asked to speak to the manager, I actually got the "Oh hell, another angry customer" sigh when she answered the phone. By the end of the conversation, however, I could actually hear the smile in her voice, and she actually told the crew what an awesome job they had all done while I was on the phone.

Taking the time to acknowledge excellence is just as, possibly more important as the counter of complaining.
