What do I do once I boot the installer to get working under ? Do I just hit alt f2 and type in orca at the run prompt or is there something else I need to do?

@khronos I think there's a shortcut, something like Control+Super+s or maybe Alt+Super+s.

@khronos it depends what image you're using. there is no orca in the dedicated installer images. as @popey says, using an X.org-based live spin is probably the best choice.
