The Wolfe Pack

So, just found a demo of a new game coming out on Steam that is fully screen reader accessible. It does highly recommend a keyboard and headset. It is called Periphery Synthetic . I have no idea how to play this demo yet, but it sounds like it will be a fun, chill game.

@blindbat84 Would love to hear more about the game

@startrek2024 Take a look, it is on Steam or Itch, I don't have more than what it has on the pages honestly though. Sounds like it will be an interesting, chill experience of exploration.

@blindbat84 Periphery Synthetic is awesome. The full version is there too. It is a very chill game, it relaxes me right to sleep some times lol.

@storm Ah, the full version is said not to be out until August 22 on STeam so I was curious about that. Need to figure out how to play it.

@blindbat84 OK, I thought it was onnly steam. I can't even get that thing set up but itch I'll look

@startrek2024 Yeah, not just only Steam thankfully, found it on itch as well.

@blindbat84 Yeah, I got a steam account set up but logging in using the package initial was an oof!, not fun, and couldn't get sighted help at the time

@startrek2024 Steam is a ton more accessible now, installing apps and all is as well. Logging in is fully accessible now with no issues.

@blindbat84 I got it from Itch. I'm not the biggest fan of Steam💩 because they do not take Linux accessibility seriously. As for palying it, wasd for navigation, f to find out what's around you, I think it's escape for the menu so you can upgrade your craft, and when you get the wheels upgrade, v to switch between walking and rolling.

@storm I'll have to figure out what that translates into controller, but good to know youcan play with keyboard as well.

@blindbat84 Oh, depends on the controller, but usually the right trigger goes forward and the left trigger goes back. I use a PS5 controller. Also it supports rumble if your controller has it, it's pretty cool.

@storm I have an 8bitdo pro 2, so yup it has vibration, love it tons.

@matt Ah, did not know it was already fully out there, good to know.
